Tampere Engineers Association ry (TI) is an advocacy group for engineers and senior salaried employees, operating in the Pirkanmaa region, excluding the Valkeakoski economic area. TI is the second-largest regional association of the Akava-affiliated Union of Professional Engineers in Finland, with about 5,400 members.

INSU, The Tampere Engineers' Member Magazine – A vantage point for the future of technology
Insu is the member magazine of Tampere Engineers Association, published twice a year. Its target audience includes the association’s members, stakeholders, and key influencers of the Engineers’ Association. The topics covered in Insu include activities and services, people, working life and education, technology & industry, Pirkanmaa, and the organization.

At Tampere Engineers, you are among your own
Member services
Follows current issues in working life and informs the members about them. Promotes advocacy in working life matters and takes a stance on them when necessary. Aims to improve the employment situation of the members. Involves, among others, members and trust representatives. In the team, you get to participate in influencing working life.
INSU
Organizes events for the entire membership and their families. The events are designed to cater to a wide range of members, aiming to provide something enjoyable for everyone. The size of the events varies from a few dozen to several thousand participants. In the member activities team, you get to participate in event planning and organization.
